Job summary

Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) is seeking an HR Recruiter/Generalist to join our Madison-area team, focusing on college student recruitment and campus outreach. You will serve as the HR point of contact for 40-50 student employees and support HR initiatives across the company.

You will partner with managers and colleges to post roles, screen candidates, onboard students, and promote X-ES through events, scholarships, and sponsorships. Travel to campuses is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
• Prior professional recruiting or HR experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to train and present to groups.
• Excellent planning, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers to define student staffing needs.
• Coordinate recruitment process (postings, screening, offers).
• Conduct onboarding and background checks.
• Promote X-ES at colleges through events and scholarships.
• Plan career fairs and train interview teams.
• Analyze recruitment data and retention opportunities.
• Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.
• Plan events and handle student relations.
