Salesforce is seeking a Contract University Recruiter to join the Futureforce team. In this six-month role, you will own full-cycle recruiting for emerging talent and partner with senior leaders to build pipelines and improve the candidate experience.

This in-office role requires you to be in the hub office at least 3 days per week, and it is ineligible for visa sponsorship. You will collaborate with career centers and campus partners, and use AI tools to optimize workflows, delivering strong

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting focused on early career hiring.
• Proven ability to partner with executives and drive programs.
• Experience with high-volume pipelines and KPI-driven decisions.
• Experience using AI productivity tools to optimize recruiting workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for early career candidates.
• Partner with SVP and VP-level stakeholders to shape early career hiring strategies.
• Build relationships with career centers and run on-campus/virtual events.
• Share market insights and enablement content for candidates, new hires, and hiring teams.
