Eight Sleep, Inc. is seeking a hungry, proactive new graduate to start a career in recruiting within our People Ops team in Milan. You’ll source, screen, and help close candidates from day one, not shadowing, and work closely with engineering, design, growth, and executives to hire top talent.

Ideal candidates have initiative, English fluency, and a passion for health, wellness, or hardware products. This is a fast-paced startup with equity opportunities and clear growth potential.

Qualifications

• Evidence of initiative: organized groups, events, teams or campus organizations.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Technical curiosity: built something with code, spreadsheets, no-code tools, or AI.
• Relentless follow-through: closes loops and follows up.

Responsibilities

• Find and attract top 1% talent for Eight Sleep.
• Keep ATS clean and pipeline metrics honest.
• Support employer branding and university partnerships.
• Run internal comms: announcements and onboarding updates.
• Build automations and tools for the employee lifecycle.
• Turn recruiting data into actionable dashboards for leadership.
