Job summary

ADAMA is seeking a Campaign & Portfolio Manager to lead our Corn, Rice and Row Crops portfolio in Italy. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will own the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, product launches and portfolio plans, working closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to drive growth and profitability.

You bring proven marketing experience in agriculture, strong agronomy knowledge, a degree in Agriculture, and fluency in Italian and English.

• Fluent Italian and English.
• Degree in Agriculture or related discipline.
• Strong commercial, analytical and strategic skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop mid- and long-term marketing and portfolio strategies.
• Lead product launches, campaigns, field activities and promotional plans.
• Drive portfolio performance, pricing, volume and profitability.
• Identify customer, market and competitor opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales to strengthen go-to-market and channel strategies.
• Lead strategic growth projects across Corn and Rice.
• Coordinate with EAME Marketing, Regulatory, Supply, Finance, Product Development and Communications teams.

What you will bring:

• Proven marketing experience within agriculture, crop protection or a related sector
• Strong agronomy/crop protection knowledge

• Willingness to travel 20–30% Note this is a Hybrid role with 2 days per week at the facilities near Bergamo.
