BizAway is seeking a driven Business Solutions Architect who is passionate about leveraging modern technical solutions to drive business efficiency. You will design scalable automation workflows, work closely with our Business Analysts to translate blueprints into robust digital solutions, and integrate diverse enterprise systems to create unified data flows.

This role emphasizes speed and operational excellence, features a Hybrid policy (2 days remote, 3 in office), and a 40h/week schedule.

We are looking for

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Solutions Architect who is passionate about leveraging modern technical solutions to drive business efficiency.

You will focus on speed and operational excellence, identifying and automating processes currently handled manually. You will work in close partnership with our Business Analysts, who drive the analysis and design phase; your mission is to take these blueprints and implement robust, efficient solutions that deliver real-world business impact.

Your role in BizAway

• Design and implement scalable automation workflows to streamline manual operations and boost business efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts to translate process blueprints into robust, high impact digital solutions.
• Integrate diverse enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, Project Management, Workspace) to create unified and efficient data flows.
• Support other teams in the validation of their technical projects, ensuring compliance with security and data privacy standards and architectural robustness.
• Maintain and update existing automations, ensuring long-term reliability
• Stay up to date on AI and digital tools, proactively suggesting new solutions

Your Basic Qualifications

• Proven experience in a technical role designing and implementing solutions that solve real business problems through full process automation.
• Deep understanding of SaaS environments, API integrations, and system connectivity.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for creating robust, scalable, and efficient digital workflows.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into high-impact technical solutions.
• Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).

We are also interested in

• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) to extend automation capabilities beyond standard platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure as code concepts.
• Proven track record of managing technical projects or product lifecycles in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to database management (SQL/NoSQL) and data modeling for process optimization.

• Contract type: Permanent
• Working hours: Full-time - 40h/week, from Monday to Friday
