You will work as a bridge between Operations, IT, and stakeholders, contributing to digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science, with strong skills in SQL, Power BI, and at least 2 years of experience in data analysis.

DHL Supply Chain has the opportunity for you. At DHL Supply Chain, we believe in delivering excellence every day. We are currently looking for a Business Metrics Analyst to join our OPEX (Operational Excellence) Team, a key task force driving performance and innovation across the organization.

About The Role

As part of the Performance Management department, this role is integral to shaping a broader and more advanced approach to business metrics within DHL Supply Chain. You will play a key role in developing tools, KPIs, and analytical frameworks that enhance business performance, support decision‑making, and drive operational efficiency—ultimately improving the service we deliver to our customers. Acting as a bridge between Operations, IT, and business stakeholders, you will contribute to digital transformation initiatives and ensure business requirements are translated into impactful analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver timely and accurate reports and dashboards for both internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards (internal & external customer focus)
• Design and build reports using Power BI and DAX
• Support the development and maintenance of Azure/Power BI databases
• Drive automation and simplification of reporting processes
• Contribute to operational and contractual reporting within cross‑functional projects
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for performance improvement and optimization

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, data analysis, or predictive modelling
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Power BI (including DAX), data modelling and analytics tools
• Solid understanding of analytical methods and performance measurement systems
• Fluency in English
• Strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation
• Ability to translate business needs into data‑driven solutions

Salary

Salary range: €35,000 – €40,000 gross per year
