DHL Germany is seeking a Process Improvement & Automation Specialist to join the Operations Excellence Team. You will help implement digital solutions to boost productivity, visibility, and continuous improvement across our logistics operations.

Key tasks include analyzing warehouse processes, developing dashboards, integrating systems (WMS/ERP), and driving automation while supporting change management. Requires 3+ years of experience and fluent English.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Computer Science, or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Process Improvement or Operations Excellence.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics processes.
• Fluent English is required.

In this role, you will support the implementation of innovative solutions that enhance productivity, resource planning, operational visibility, and continuous improvement across our logistics operations, working closely with Operations, IT, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze warehouse and supply chain processes to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Implement, configure, and support digital solutions for productivity management, operational performance tracking, and resource planning.
• Partner with IT teams to integrate operational systems, including WMS, workforce management, time & attendance, and reporting platforms.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Drive the deployment of automation and digitalization initiatives across warehouse operations.
• Support change management activities and facilitate adoption of new technologies and operational processes.
• Monitor key operational KPIs and identify opportunities to enhance productivity, resource utilization, and service performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Process Improvement, Operations Excellence, Industrial Engineering, Automation, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics processes.
• Experience working with operational and business systems such as WMS, ERP, productivity management tools, or analytics platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Solid knowledge of Lean methodologies and Continuous Improvement principles.
• Fluent English is required.

Salary Range: € 39.000 - € 45.000
