Balich Wonder Studio s.r.l. is seeking a Business Manager for the Special Projects unit in Milan. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships and supporting proposal development.

You will work closely with the Business Director Special Projects to drive strategic opportunities and project delivery. Based in Milan, this full-time position requires strong English communication, a proactive approach and proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel to prepare

Qualifications

+5 years of experience in business development, market research, consulting, account management, production or related field.
Strong interest in live entertainment, events, experiential or cultural projects.
Genuine curiosity about markets and international opportunities.
Good analytical and research skills to collect, organize and synthesize information.
Strong written and spoken English; Italian is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop and identify new business opportunities and potential clients across target markets.
Manage first contact with prospective clients and establish the basis for a relationship.
Contribute to tailored proposals and presentations for client opportunities.
Support client and project management throughout development and delivery phases.
Identify follow-on opportunities within existing client relationships.
