Amaris Consulting | Part of Mantu in Latina invites you to join as a Business Manager Intern for a 6‑month internship. You will support the Lifescience business line, contribute to market analysis, and assist in recruitment strategies within a dynamic, multicultural environment.

You will gain hands‑on experience in business development, client outreach, and candidate pre‑selection, with mentorship from Senior Managers and weekly progress reviews.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Eligible for an extracurricular or Master’s internship agreement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Driving license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls and prospecting to identify potential clients.
• Support the preparation of presentations and commercial proposals.
• Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities.
• Participate in the search and pre-selection of candidates.

You will join our team in Latina, as a Business Manager Intern, supporting the development of our Lifescience business line for 6 months internship. You will gain hands‑on experience in business development and recruitment activities within a multicultural and dynamic environment, directly contributing to the expansion of our company.

Your Missions:

• Conduct cold calls and prospecting to identify potential clients
• Support the preparation of presentations and commercial proposals

• Contribute to the definition of recruitment strategies and talent network creation
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to ensure an efficient recruitment process

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
