Amaris Consulting in Latina, Italy is seeking a Business Manager Intern to support the Lifescience business line with business development and recruitment activities. You will gain hands-on experience in a multicultural and dynamic setting, contributing to the growth and success of our company.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on client prospecting, proposals, market analysis, and candidate pre-selection, while developing commercial and recruitment strategies in a fast-paced

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Eligible for an extracurricular or Master’s internship agreement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
• Italian native speaker.
• English fluent.
• driving license.
• You demonstrate strong communication skills.
• You are dynamic, proactive, and eager to learn.
• You show a genuine interest in sales, recruitment, and consulting.
• You thrive in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.

Job Description

You will join our team in Latina, as a Business Manager Intern, supporting the development of our Lifescience business line. You will gain hands-on experience in business development and recruitment activities within a multicultural and dynamic environment, directly contributing to the expansion of our company.

Your Missions

• Conduct cold calls and prospecting to identify potential clients
• Support the preparation of presentations and commercial proposals
• Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities
• Participate in the search and pre-selection of candidates
• Contribute to the definition of recruitment strategies and talent network creation
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to ensure an efficient recruitment process
• Assist in onboarding and integration of new team members

Your Profile
