Business intelligence provides analysis and reporting on VWFS contract portfolio and on market trends, customer behaviors and competition, in order to support the decisional process and the business strategy - to enable success on the different VWFS Channels.

• Mine and analyze data to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies
• Conduct research to gather pertinent competitor information in order to perform proper benchmarking
• Support the team in conducting market and competitive intelligence for identified growth solutions
