BAT Italy is seeking a Business Insights Intern to support the Strategy, Performance & Insights team by turning data into actionable recommendations. You will work with market, brand and competitive performance data to understand market dynamics and inform decisions within a multinational company.
The role offers exposure to cross-market collaboration, hands-on experience with data sources, and opportunities to develop analytical and storytelling skills in a hybrid work environment in Rome.
Qualificações
- Advanced Excel skills required.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to see the big picture.
- Proactive and problem-solving approach.
- Previous work experience preferred.
- Fluent English required.
Responsabilidades
- Support delivery of timely and accurate business insights.
- Monitor market trends, category developments and competitor activities.
- Analyze sales, market share, pricing and portfolio performance data.
- Maintain reporting tools, dashboards and databases used by the Business Insights team.
- Support SKU mapping, product tracking and category management activities.
