The role translates operational needs into integrated functional and technical solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational and technical context. Experience in functional analysis and ERP systems is valued.

Competenze

• Experience in functional analysis and business process modeling.
• Ability to gather, manage, prioritize and document requirements.
• Ability to translate complex operational needs into functional solutions and implementation specifications.
• Knowledge of major business management systems, such as ERP, Asset Management, Logistics, Procurement and Reporting.
• Understanding of application architectures, system integrations and data flows.
• Experience in preparing functional documentation and facilitating stakeholder workshops.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

• Analyze business processes, operational needs and the requirements of different stakeholders.
• Gather, formalize and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring their traceability throughout the entire project lifecycle.
