Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Corporate Performance & ESG unit. You will develop dashboards and scorecards, analyze data, and collaborate with management to define data requirements, ETL needs, and business questions.

The role emphasizes advanced visualization, data governance, and compliance, with hands-on work across SAP, BI tools and data warehouses to drive insights and support revenue growth and risk-aware decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT/Data Technology, Accounting or Finance.
2+ years in a comparable BI role.

Responsibilities

Participate in the development of sophisticated dashboards and scorecards.
Conduct thorough data analyses to extract actionable insights.
Collaborate with management to define business questions and data requirements.
Support more complex data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
Identify and interpret significant trends and patterns in large datasets.
Provide ongoing maintenance and optimization of BI tools and reports.
Conduct root cause analysis to uncover deeper data insights.
Document and communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
Ensure adherence to data privacy, governance, and compliance standards.
