F.I.S. – Fabbrica Italiana Sintetici in Italy seeks a Business & Capacity Analyst to develop long-term capacity planning and support smarter commercial decisions through data and insights.

You will partner with Operations, Sales, Finance, and the Business to translate complex data into actionable recommendations that optimize capacity, profitability, and growth. The role requires analytical mindset, stakeholder management, and fluency in Italian and English; exposure to optimization and Python

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1+ years in an analytical role; exposure to project management/consulting is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data gathering and trend analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions and levels.
• Strong organizational skills, multitasking, prioritization, meeting deadlines.

Mansioni

• Develop long-term capacity planning processes and identify gaps and optimization opportunities.
• Analyze capex plans and growth opportunities for future production needs.
• Assess pricing performance, profitability, and margin evolution across customers and products.
• Support commercial initiatives and conduct analyses with Sales, Finance, and Operations.
• Provide analytical support during negotiations and evaluate long-term capacity scenarios.
