JD Logistics, the logistics arm of JD.com, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment while upholding safety and productivity standards.

You will develop warehouse strategies, design layouts, monitor KPIs, manage teams, and collaborate with Transportation, Commercial, and Customer Service to optimize end-to-end performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role for bulky items.
• Proven experience managing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong leadership and people management skills to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in Italian and English; Mandarin a plus.

Mansioni

• Oversee all warehouse activities: receiving, storage, inventory control, cycle counting, picking, packing, and order fulfillment.
• Monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy, stock turnover, productivity, and service performance.
• Drive cost optimization, lean initiatives, and automation to improve efficiency.
• Recruit, coach, and develop warehouse teams while ensuring health & safety compliance.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Commercial, Customer Service, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to optimize end-to-end operations.
