Satispay is seeking a Head of Brand to lead creative strategy and brand activation globally, relocating to Milan. You will bridge storytelling with measurable business impact, drive multi-channel campaigns, and mentor a high-performing team. The role partners closely with Growth and Product to align on acquisition, retention, and product launches.

You will own KPIs and OKRs, translating brand concepts into business outcomes, while championing a bold, data-informed approach to branding at scale.

Competenze

• 10+ years in brand management or creative direction in tech companies or top-tier agencies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and transform a function.
• Fluent in English with strong storytelling and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Creative Production: owning the production of brand assets to ensure high quality and brand consistency.
• Brand Activation: drive ATL and BTL activations to bring the brand to life.
• Social Media & Community: steer presence across channels and build influencer strategy.
