Satispay is seeking a Head of Brand to own the creative and brand strategy end-to-end, bridging storytelling with measurable business impact. You will ensure our mission resonates across touchpoints, guiding a team across production, activation, social, and insights.

Relocation to our Milan office is required. You will partner with Growth and Product to align brand initiatives with acquisition and retention goals, build rituals, and set KPIs/OKRs that drive growth.

Competenze

• 10+ years of brand management or creative direction experience, ideally in tech or agencies.
• Strong understanding of design systems and multi-channel campaign production.
• Hands-on leadership with ability to review layouts and scripts for quality.

Mansioni

• Own creative production and ensure high quality, on-brand outputs.
• Drive brand activation across ATL and BTL channels to bring the brand to life.
• Lead social media presence and build an influencer strategy to extend reach.
• Shape brand identity using research and listening, including customer insights.
