Satispay in Milano is seeking a Head of Brand to own the creative and brand strategy end-to-end, bridging the gap between high-level storytelling and measurable business impact, ensuring our mission resonates across every touchpoint.

You will lead and mentor high-performing teams, build the creative function, and partner with Growth and Product to align brand initiatives with acquisition, retention, and product launches while driving data-informed decisions.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in brand management or creative direction.
• Proven track record in leading design and brand initiatives at scale.
• Ability to translate brand concepts into measurable business outcomes.

• Own the creative and brand strategy end-to-end across touchpoints.
• Lead and mentor the brand team; establish rituals and processes.
• Partner with Growth and Product to align brand with acquisition and launches.
