Moncler Group is seeking a driven Brand Management Intern to join the Milan-based Global HQ team. You will assist in marketing plans, campaigns, and cross-functional alignment while gaining exposure to luxury fashion branding.

The role offers a structured internship journey, access to our Career Start Program, and a monthly stipend of €800 along with meal vouchers. Fluency in English is expected, Italian is a plus.

Competenze

• Strong interest in brand management and marketing.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.
• Passion for outdoors and winter sports and active lifestyle.
• Creative thinker with proactive attitude.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Keynote, Microsoft 365, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Interest in fashion and luxury markets.
• Fluent English; Italian a plus.

• Assist in developing marketing plans and campaigns with creative input.
• Support tracking, development and execution of marketing initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activations to propose ideas.
