Moncler S.P.A. is seeking a Brand Management Intern to support our Grenoble Brand Management team from our Global HQ in Milan. The role runs FULL-TIME for six months, starting in October, offering hands-on exposure to marketing plans, campaigns, and cross-functional brand alignment.

You will assist in creative marketing activities, track initiatives, monitor industry trends, and deliver brand presentations. The program emphasizes growth and the chance to join a global luxury fashion leader.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Strong interest in brand management and consumer behavior.
• Fluent in English (Italian a plus).
• Creative thinker with proactive attitude.
• Proficient in Keynote, Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite.

Overview

FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS | FROM OCTOBER

We are looking for a passionateBrand ManagementIntern to join our Grenoble, Brand Management team in our Global HQ in Milan.

Your Impact

In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:

• Assist in the development of marketing plans for campaigns, contributing creative ideas and strategic input;
• Support the marketing team in tracking, developing and executing marketing initiatives;
• Monitor and stay up to date with the latest industry trends and competitor activations, proposing relevant ideas;
• Help create a bridge between functions to align the overall brand plan;
• Build and maintain effective relationships withinternal teams;
• Prepare and deliver high-quality, creative brand presentations and marketing plans, supporting internal alignment across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in brand management, marketing, and consumer behavior;
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree;
• Strong passion for the outdoors and winter sports, with a genuine interest in outdoor and active lifestyle culture;
• Creative thinker with a proactive attitude;
• Strong organization and communication skills;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
• Good knowledge of Keynote, Microsoft 365 and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere);
• Passion for the fashion business and luxury;
• Fluent Level of English (nice to have Italian).
