Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of marketing experience building and growing consumer-facing brands.
• At least 3 years in a managerial leadership role (Senior Brand Manager/Brand Lead).
• Strong ability to translate consumer/market insights into strategy and execution.
• Proven success in product launches, innovation, or portfolio expansion.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the marketing strategy and brand plans for assigned brands.
• Lead growth initiatives and manage budgets and investments to hit commercial objectives.
• Develop and execute integrated campaigns across media, digital and customer-facing channels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Digital, and Global Marketing; mentor team members.
