Job summary

Prada Group is seeking an Image and Corporate Events Manager to translate brand identity into tangible experiences across markets. You will lead end-to-end corporate, brand image, and cultural events, coordinating content, talents, venues, and operations with Fondazione Prada and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in corporate, brand image and cultural events.
• Strong project management from concept to execution and follow-up.
• Budgeting, cost control, and administrative processes understanding.
• Ability to coordinate internal functions, subsidiaries, and external partners.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of corporate, institutional, brand image, and cultural events for Prada Group.
• Lead event planning and execution: content, programs, talents, venues, logistics, and onsite operations.
• Coordinate internal functions, agencies, partners, and suppliers to meet objectives and budgets.
• Support development and implementation of Prada Group corporate events with HQ alignment.
• Coordinate cultural initiatives with Fondazione Prada, aligning content with project goals.
• Oversee onsite setup, execution, and dismantling to ensure smooth delivery.
• Handle contracts, supplier documentation, invoices, expenses, and budget monitoring.
• Prepare proposals and reporting to consolidate results and learnings.
