• Support the setup and management of catering services (welcome drinks, coffee service, light food offerings)
• Ensure impeccable presentation and organization of all hospitality areas
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and attention to detail in all service-related spaces
• Assist the boutique team during events, peak periods, and special client activations
• Handle client requests with discretion, professionalism, and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and service standards at all times

This role plays a key part in creating a refined and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that every detail of the catering service reflects the brand’s standards of excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to clients, contributing to a high-end store atmosphere

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Previous experience in hospitality, luxury retail, events, or catering
