Job summary

Volkswagen Financial Services Italy is seeking a Brand Management Back-office Specialist in Verona to support the Brand Manager and collaborate with VW Group brands and FS stakeholders.

You will assist with financial campaigns, testing, legal disclosures, campaign monitoring, field-need analysis, budgeting support, and the development of local and international projects.

Strong analytical skills, expert Excel and PowerPoint, plus willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong advanced business analysis capability.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Familiarity with SAS and Power BI is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for business.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of Financial campaigns, interacting with other offices for portfolio management products.
• Configuration of the financial offer with a specific focus on the testing phase.
• Preparation of the legal DISCLAIMERS for the advertised offers.
• Follow the control phase and monitor the progress of campaigns.
• Collect and analyze the needs of the Field Force regarding the offers in place.
• Forecast analysis regarding the penetration rate on deliveries and incoming orders for channel and financial product.
• Support on budgeting and spending analysis related to the campaign business.
• Support the Brand Manager in the development and implementation of international and local projects / growth plans (e.g. GO2025 Plans, new model launches, etc.).
• Support the Brand Manager in preparing presentations and other relevant documentation used in meetings, etc.
• Reporting preparation and development (e.g. General Business Reporting).
