Cobantur Logistics in Italy seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate daily bonded warehouse operations in Gorizia, ensuring compliance with customs rules and company procedures. You will manage stock accuracy, supervise staff, and support customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in logistics or related field and 5+ years in bonded warehousing with supervisory experience. Italian/English fluency essential; Turkish a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in bonded warehouse, logistics, customs, or related operations, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Good knowledge of bonded warehouse operations, inventory management, and customs processes.
• Experience in coordinating teams and daily operational activities.
• Strong awareness of Health & Safety requirements in warehouse operations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with customs brokers, carriers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• Solution- and results-oriented mindset with the ability to take ownership of operational processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and warehouse/ERP/WMS systems.
• Good command of both English and Italian; Turkish is a plus.

Mansioni

• Coordinate daily bonded warehouse operations in compliance with applicable customs regulations, legal requirements, and company procedures.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, handling, and shipment processes.
• Ensure inbound and outbound warehouse transactions are accurately processed and fully aligned with documentation.
• Supervise the warehouse team, allocate daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure operational continuity.
• Ensure team compliance with Health & Safety requirements and maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor stock accuracy, coordinate inventories, and reconcile stock with records.
• Follow up on shortages, excesses, damaged goods, and stock discrepancies; ensure corrective actions.
• Monitor operational performance and identify improvements for efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Support supplier coordination and review services and invoices per terms.
• Contribute to new business opportunities and customer acquisition when required.
• Keep up with customs regulations and implement necessary requirements.
• Prepare regular reports on warehouse operations and present to management.
• Identify risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
