H-Farm International School in the Venice area is seeking boarding house parents (residential and non-residential) to join our international community starting in August 2026. You will support the daily life and well-being of students within a vibrant, dynamic residential environment.

This full-time role involves mentoring boarders, supervising study sessions, organizing activities, and upholding safety and inclusivity.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Be a visible and supportive presence in the boarding house, building strong relationships within our boarding community.
• Become a mentor to a group of boarders to support wellbeing and personal development.
• Supervise evening study sessions and support academic success.
• Organise and take part in social, recreational, and weekend activities.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all.
• Enforce rules and routines consistently and fairly.
• Carry out daily operational tasks (attendance checks, student sign-in/out, room checks).
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and boarding leadership.
