Job summary

Nord Anglia Education's SEN Teacher role at H-FARM International School in Venice invites you to design and implement IEPs and PEPs for students with diverse needs, including dyslexia, dyscalculia, ADHD, and more, ensuring access to the IB curriculum across levels.

You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to tailor instruction, use assistive technologies, and assess progress while guiding students through transitions to MYP, DP, or other schools.

Qualifications

• Degree in Special Education and SEN qualification required.
• Proficiency in English; Italian is a plus.
• Experience in SEN support, ideally in IB or international schools.
• Expertise in curriculum differentiation and assistive technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support and teach students individually, in small groups, or in class.
• Guide and support parents of students with special educational needs.
• Promote inclusive learning across activities and tailor curriculum to needs.
• Prepare and adapt teaching materials and differentiated activities.
• Assess progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
• Ensure IEP/PEP implementation and tracking; support transitions to MYP/DP/other schools.
