Job summary

Repligen Corporation is seeking a Sales & Business Development professional to drive revenue for KrosFlo small scale TFF systems in Italy. You will build territory plans, identify opportunities, and engage with process development, manufacturing sciences, and leadership across multiple levels.

The role emphasizes deep bioprocessing expertise, strong communication, and end-to-end opportunity management to accelerate funnel creation and shorten sales cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a life sciences/engineering field.
• Typically 7+ years in commercial/technical sales or bioprocessing roles.
• Experience selling complex bioprocessing technologies and capital equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and funnel development for KrosFlo systems across assigned territory.
• Develop territory and account plans, prioritizing whitespace and strategic accounts.
• Build multi-level relationships with process development and leadership stakeholders.
