Black & White Engineering is seeking a Mid-Senior BIM Manager to lead digital delivery across complex data centre projects in Europe. The role focuses on defining BIM standards, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring information quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Based in Milan or travel as needed, you will mentor BIM coordinators, drive continuous improvement and align digital delivery with project objectives while collaborating with engineers, design managers and stakeholders

Competenze

Experience in BIM management, digital delivery or multidisciplinary design coordination environments.
Proven ability to develop and implement BIM standards, processes and quality assurance procedures.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering projects and managing complex information workflows.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead digital delivery initiatives and support project teams through technical challenges.
Solid understanding of BIM methodologies, information management principles and collaborative design processes.
