Job summary

Fortinet is seeking a proactive Sales Administrator or Executive Assistant to support our Sales and Channel teams with day-to-day activities, reporting and governance processes in a fast-paced technology environment.

The role requires fluency in Italian and English, strong organizational skills, CRM experience (preferably Salesforce), and proficiency in MS Office to prepare documents, meetings and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration or executive support.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day admin support to Sales and Channel teams, ensuring efficient processes and follow-up.
• Prepare sales documentation, presentations and reports.
• Maintain accurate sales data across systems and assist with data management.
• Support weekly sales reports, pipeline updates and management information.
• Coordinate customer and partner meetings and internal events, including logistics.
• Assist with forecasting, target tracking and business planning activities.
• Support information flow across Sales, Channel and Sales Engineering teams.
• Help organize sales activities, deadlines and ad hoc projects.
