DXC Technology Inc. in Rome is seeking a Bid Manager to lead pursuits for Commercial and Public Sector deals.

You will guide the pursuit team through the engagement lifecycle, define strategy, and collaborate with the sales lead on qualification and client engagement. The role requires strong communication, Italian mother tongue and English proficiency, plus 3–7+ years in large pursuit management or IT consulting.

Competenze

• Strong communications skills (verbal, written, presentation).
• Fluency in English and Italian mother tongue required.
• Experience in large pursuit management or IT consulting is expected.

Mansioni

• Serve as SPOC for client, partners, and third parties regarding tender procurement and planning.
• Lead pursuit team and maintain pursuit plan and budget.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery of the pursuit and risk/issue handling.
