Entrix GmbH is seeking an Onboarding Operations Manager based in Italy to lead the technical onboarding of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) into Entrix's trading platform. You will coordinate end-to-end integrations, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize data flows for real-time trading execution.

The role requires 3+ years in technical project management within energy systems or BESS/RES integration, strong communication, and fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Energy Systems, Automation or related field.
• 3+ years (5+ for Senior) in technical project management, energy systems, or BESS/RES integration.
• Proven experience with API integrations and real-time asset control systems.
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers, partners and regulators (DSO/TSO/EPC).
• Proactive, creative and solution-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex concepts to engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in Italian with full business proficiency in English.

Mansioni

• Own the full technical onboarding process for BESS assets from planning to go-live.
• Coordinate end-to-end integrations ensuring Italy assets connect to Entrix's trading platform.
• Define and implement communication flows between BESS controllers, EMS, SCADA and Entrix systems.
• Ensure technical compliance with grid regulations and market participation rules in Italy.
• Support registrations, pre-qualifications, certifications, licenses and acceptance tests.
• Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to optimize data flows and real-time trading execution.
• Translate requirements into clear implementation plans aligned with Business and Product timelines.
