NW is seeking a BESS/Grid Project Manager to drive energy storage projects in Italy, coordinating grid connections and permitting through execution. The role requires collaboration with internal and external teams and strong leadership to ensure timelines and budgets are met.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree and at least 2 years in energy project management, with experience in renewables and grid processes, and willingness to travel within Italy.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Energy, Civil, or similar) and relevant project management experience.
• Minimum 2 years in project management within energy, preferably BESS, solar PV, or wind.
• Technical knowledge of renewable energy infrastructures and BESS.
• Experience with grid connection procedures and key stakeholders (e.g., e-distribuzione, Terna).
• Ability to work independently and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to travel within Italy.

Mansioni

• Manage the grid connection process in collaboration with grid operators.
• Coordinate the development of BESS projects in Italy from permitting to execution.
• Monitor timelines, costs and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support preliminary and executive design phases.
• Collaborate with internal and external technical, legal and environmental teams.
• Conduct market analysis and support valorization of BESS solutions.
