Longi Solar seeks a BESS Delivery & Service Engineer (Utility Scale) to manage the full lifecycle delivery, commissioning, and operational support of large-scale energy storage projects. You will coordinate with EPC contractors, grid operators, and project stakeholders to ensure design compliance and on-time handover.

The role emphasizes strong technical knowledge of BESS, LV systems, inverters, EMS, and a willingness to travel to project sites across regions.

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years' experience in utility-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure projects.
• Certifications to work on site are required.
• Experience with large-scale BESS, solar+storage, or grid infrastructure is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Grid integration, Power systems, EMS, HSE.

Mansioni

• Coordinate handover from Sales/Presales after contract signing.
• Manage full lifecycle delivery of utility-scale BESS projects including commissioning.
• Develop and execute commissioning plans, checklists, and SAT.
• Oversee O&M services post COD and support maintenance programs.
• Liaise with EPCs, grid operators, OEMs, and suppliers for system integration.
