LONGi Solar in Italy seeks an experienced BESS Delivery & Service Engineer to lead the execution and lifecycle support of large-scale battery energy storage projects, from handover to operations. You will manage technical delivery, commissioning, and ongoing service, coordinating with EPCs, integrators, suppliers, and grid operators.

The role requires 5–10 years in utility-scale renewables, strong grid integration expertise, and a track record of delivering complex BESS deployments.

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in utility-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure.
• Experience with large-scale BESS, solar + storage, or grid infrastructure preferred.
• Strong understanding of grid integration, power systems, and high‑voltage systems.

Mansioni

• Project Handover from Sales / Presales and align with customers and internal teams on execution strategy.
• Project Execution & Delivery: manage full lifecycle delivery of utility-scale BESS projects and coordinate with EPCs and suppliers.
• Operations Support & Service Management: coordinate post-commissioning support and preventive maintenance.
• Stakeholder Coordination: act as primary technical contact between customers, EPC contractors, and internal teams.
