LONGi Solar is seeking a BESS Delivery & Service Manager / Engineer – C&I Projects to lead the successful delivery, commissioning, and lifecycle support of Commercial & Industrial Battery Energy Storage System projects after sales closure. You will own projects from handover through installation, commissioning, and after-sales service, ensuring safety, timeliness, and adherence to technical specs.

Qualified candidates will have 3–7 years in renewable energy/BESS, experience in C&I energy storage

Competenze

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
3–7 years of experience in renewable energy, BESS, solar + storage, or power systems.
Experience in C&I energy storage or distributed energy projects preferred.
Understanding of BESS components including: Battery systems, EMS / monitoring systems
Experience in project delivery or field engineering.

Mansioni

Take over BESS projects from sales and presales teams after contract signing and develop project execution plans.
Manage end-to-end delivery of C&I BESS projects, coordinate with EPCs, installers, and subcontractors, ensure milestones on schedule and budget.
Provide technical support and service coordination after commissioning; manage maintenance schedules and service activities; document progress.
