Fedrigoni SpA in Verona is seeking a Customer Service Executive Benelux to deliver excellent customer experience and support sales operations across the Benelux region.

You will be the primary internal contact for an assigned customer base, handling enquiries, quotations, sampling requests, order processing, delivery coordination, invoicing and other service activities. Hybrid based in Verona with collaboration across teams.

Competenze

• Experience in Customer Service, Sales Support or Order Management.
• Experience in an international, industrial or manufacturing environment a plus.
• Customer-oriented mindset and commitment to service excellence.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, flexible and collaborative approach.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital tools.
• Fluent English is a must; French desirable; Dutch a plus.

Mansioni

• Handle day-to-day Benelux customer enquiries, quotations, orders, deliveries, invoicing and issue resolution.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal/external stakeholders.
• Support Sales with commercial activities and service objectives.
• Coordinate with Logistics for reliable deliveries and avoid delays.
• Communicate clearly and professionally to keep customers informed.
• Collaborate with Production, IT, Finance and Marketing for seamless service.
• Assist with financial administration with Fedrigoni France (payments, reminders).
