Job summary

The Hoxton Florence is seeking a bartender to create a fun, relaxed atmosphere for guests and to be a hands-on team player focused on memorable service.

You will master our products and systems, crafting drinks from seasonal menus, and supporting the entire F&B team to keep operations running smoothly. You’ll bring passion for hospitality and a people-first attitude to contribute to an exciting new concept in Florence.

Qualifications

• Previous bar tending experience and basic drinks knowledge.
• You’re a natural people person with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
• You’re excited to work in a team that values fun and high standards.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
• Know your product and systems inside out.
• Make whatever the mood calls for, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons.
• Work with the rest of the team in keeping things running smoothly.
• Be more than a Bartender – willing to lend a hand and help the F&B team as a whole.
