Job summary

Jumeirah Capri Palace in Capri is seeking a professional Bartender for the Summer Season 2027 to deliver high-quality beverages and warm hospitality to guests. You will take orders from customers, mix cocktails and other drinks according to Beverage Recipes, and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the required standards.

Additionally, you will collect payments, maintain stock and hygiene levels, assist with opening and closing tasks, and keep accurate temperature records for

Qualifications

• Takes orders from customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Mixes cocktails and drinks according to beverage recipes.
• Serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to defined standards.
• Maintains guest engagement and provides recommendations when necessary.
• Collects payments and processes transactions.
• Keeps stock levels and adheres to food hygiene standards.
• Performs opening/closing and cleaning duties as per checklists.
• Maintains accurate temperature records for fridges on duty.

Responsibilities
