Four Seasons Venice, Danieli, seeks an Assistant Bar Manager to elevate bar operations and guest service. You will lead the bar team, ensure flawless beverage quality, and uphold luxury standards with a personal touch.

Key responsibilities include coaching staff, managing service flow, collaborating with Restaurant and Culinary teams, and supporting cost controls while delivering memorable guest experiences in a iconic setting.

Qualificações

• Experience in luxury hotel bars or high-end hospitality environments.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Legal right to work in Italy.
• Strong leadership and guest-service orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Support Bar Manager in daily operations and service.
• Lead bar team during service with coaching and hands-on support.
• Oversee beverage preparation and presentation for consistency and quality.
• Build relationships with guests and create personalized experiences.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address issues promptly.
