Job summary

YellowSquare Milano is seeking an experienced Bar & Reception Supervisor to lead operations, manage a diverse team, and uphold our high guest engagement standards in Milan. This role focuses on driving performance, implementing innovations, and coordinating with the corporate office to ensure alignment with brand goals.

We offer a temporary, full-time contract (6 months) with Level 3 CCNL Turismo and an annual gross package of €23,700–€27,000.

Qualifications

• 5 years total hospitality experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proactive leader with ownership mindset and growth orientation.
• Willingness to travel across Squares.
• Experience supervising large, diverse teams.
• Fluent in Italian and English; comfortable with digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all Square teams—Kitchen, Bar/Reception, and Maintenance.
• Collaborate with YellowSquare corporate office in Rome and central departments.
• Lead and motivate staff, fostering an inclusive and dynamic work environment.
• Drive performance and implement innovative improvements.
• Handle crisis situations and ensure local regulatory compliance.
