Job summary

YellowSquare Rome is hiring an Experienced Reception & Bar Supervisor to blend the front desk and bar operations. You will be a cornerstone of the guest experience, juggling roles based on hostel needs in a fast-paced, international setting.

We offer a 6-month initial contract with a path toward long-term stability, a schedule that includes nights and weekends, and extra pay for night shifts and holidays. Compensation ranges from €23,7k to €27k gross annually.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles, combining front desk and bar duties.
• Ability to manage check-ins/check-outs and guest requests with poise.
• Fluent English and Italian; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests with precision.
• Serve as a reference behind the bar, delivering quality coffee and cocktails.
• Promote hostel events and local culture to enhance guest experiences.
• Collaborate across departments to optimize workflows and maintain standards.
• Mentor junior team members to sustain energy and efficiency.
