INFUSE, a demand generation company serving B2B clients, is seeking a detail-oriented B2B proofreader to edit long-form and short-form content. You will ensure accuracy, polish, on-brand messaging, and alignment with client goals.

You will collaborate with writers and internal teams to maintain high-quality content and keep projects moving forward. The role requires excellent English writing and editing skills, strong grammar knowledge, and the ability to work with style guides.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of grammar, punctuation, syntax, style, and usage.
• Experience editing and proofreading long-form and short-form content.
• 1+ year of proofreading or editing experience.
• 1+ year of writing experience. Familiarity with style guides and brand voice requirements.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly organized, adaptable, proactive, and solutions-oriented.

Aufgaben

• Edit and proofread B2B content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, usage, clarity, consistency, and brand voice.
• Ensure content aligns with client style guides, editorial standards, messaging, and project requirements.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to writers.
• Cross-check references, claims, data, and source material for accuracy.
• Identify factual inconsistencies, unsupported statements, and potential plagiarism.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and other departments.
• Review and occasionally revise internal documents and client-facing materials.
• Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain a high standard of quality across all reviewed content.
