INFUSE is seeking a detail-oriented B2B proofreader to join our team. This role edits long-form and short-form content to ensure it is accurate, polished, on-brand, and aligned with client goals.

The right candidate is a strong communicator who can collaborate with writers and internal teams to maintain high-quality content and keep projects moving forward. The role requires maintaining brand voice, meeting deadlines, and reviewing client-facing materials.

Formación

• Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong grammar, punctuation, syntax, and usage knowledge.
• Experience editing long-form and short-form content.
• 1+ year proofreading or editing experience.
• 1+ year writing experience.
• Familiarity with style guides and brand voice requirements.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
• Able to work EST hours.

Responsabilidades

• Edit and proofread B2B content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, usage, clarity, consistency, and brand voice.
• Ensure content aligns with client style guides, editorial standards, messaging, and project requirements.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to writers.
• Cross-check references, claims, data, and source material for accuracy.
• Identify factual inconsistencies, unsupported statements, and potential plagiarism.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and other departments.
• Review and occasionally revise internal documents and client-facing materials.
• Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain a high standard of quality across all reviewed content.
