Evoca Group is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join our Marketing Team in Italy. You will lead market insights, product development, and cross-department coordination to drive successful product lifecycles.

The role requires 4+ years in B2B product management, fluency in Italian and English, and strong MS Office skills. We offer a full-time contract with a multinational leader, plus a comprehensive benefits package and flexible working arrangements.

Competenze

• Degree in Management Engineering or Business Economics.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a B2B Product Manager.
• Strong MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Market and Consumer Insights: Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
• Product Development & Specification: Lead development of new products, define product specs and business cases.
• Collaboration with R&D: Provide strategic direction and priorities to translate market needs into solutions.
• Product Launch & Post-Launch Activities: Coordinate launches and monitor post-launch performance.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Act as central point of contact for product-related activities.
