Evoca Group, a world-leading producer of professional coffee and vending machines, seeks a Sales Area Manager for Italy and the Balkans. You will drive business growth by developing relationships with customers and partners across Vending and Professional Coffee channels, with a focus on expanding Evoca’s market presence in Italy and the Balkans.

You will manage sales activities, identify opportunities, develop strategies, and monitor performance.

Competenze

Degree in a related field is required.
Proven experience in B2B sales roles.
Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
Proactive attitude, able to work independently.

Mansioni

Manage and develop sales activities for Vending and Professional Coffee portfolios.
Identify new business opportunities and build lasting relationships with customers and distributors.
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Monitor sales performance and propose corrective actions.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Aftersales and Sales Back Office teams for excellent customer support.
Prepare commercial offers, negotiate agreements and manage sales discussions.
Represent Evoca at trade fairs and customer meetings in Italy and internationally.
Prepare and analyse periodic sales reports.
