Midea in Milan, Italy seeks a senior Product Planner for coffee machines to drive market-aligned product strategy and long-term development. You will lead a cross-functional team across R&D, design and manufacturing to deliver innovative coffee machine products.

Responsibilities include shaping product requirements, coordinating marketing, and ensuring successful launches while advancing team capability and career growth.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or above in industrial design, mechanical design, electronic engineering, or related fields.
• Over 10 years of work experience, with at least 5 years of experience in product planning, R&D, or related home appliance products for coffee machines.
• Strong market insight and product planning capabilities to meet market demands.
• Familiarity with technological innovation in coffee machines and supplier industry chain; supplier management capabilities.
• Strong team management and coordination skills to lead R&D, design and production launches.

Mansioni

• Analyze overseas and domestic market demands and trends, plus competitors' products to develop product planning and positioning.
• Develop a 3- to 5-year technical plan and lead the team to technological innovation and development for coffee machines.
• Clarify product requirements, coordinate backend development, and address supply chain/manufacturing issues while driving launches.
• Manage and coordinate the team to ensure efficient operations and career development across departments.
