Philips Store For Business Platform Manager - Western Europe Personal Health leads optimization and expansion of Philips’ B2B store ecosystem. You will collaborate with IT, Operations and CRM to translate business needs into scalable solutions, improving customer experience and growth across Europe.

This role emphasizes data-driven decisions, platform governance, and the adoption of AI to enhance CRM and commercial performance while ensuring governance and privacy standards are met.

Competenze

• Proven experience in platform management, CRM management, business analysis or similar role.
• Experience with data visualizations and reporting tools.
• Indirect leadership or influencing without authority.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms, integrations, APIs, and digital ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of KPIs and performance management.
