Job summary

Intella, based in Milan, seeks a hands-on marketing professional to run day-to-day campaigns across channels, craft content, manage press relations, and ensure brand consistency. You will work with the Chief Commercial Officer in a small, dynamic team, handling campaigns, events, and partnerships.

We welcome specialists with a few years of experience, apprentices, and interns. The role involves travel to international conferences and a hybrid in-office/remote setup in Milan.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and managing B2B marketing campaigns, especially on LinkedIn.
• Excellent written English; capable of writing posts, articles, and press releases.
• Ability to brief and coordinate designers with a good eye for visual quality.
• Willingness to travel internationally for conferences and events.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and run B2B marketing campaigns with LinkedIn as primary channel.
• Manage editorial calendar: posts, articles, newsletters, case studies, product announcements.
• Track performance and iterate campaigns based on metrics (reach, engagement, leads, pipeline).
• Coordinate with business development to feed the sales pipeline.
• Write and distribute press releases and institutional communications.
